The Industrialized Construction Cluster of Mexico (CCIM) was born from the union of professionals with solid and complementary backgrounds: from health applied to housing to architectural innovation, applied engineering, energy efficiency and industrial management; this strategic alliance allows us to shape a space for transformation.
We champion a new construction model based on coordination, digitalization and efficiency, using algorithmic methodologies alongside existing BIM and CAD tools, which allows the integration of each company's customized industrialized processes from conceptualization to key handover.
The world is digital and automated; procedural co-creation platforms that explore the intersection between systems and construction details, technology, design, sustainability, marketing and monitoring are tools that provide new perspectives on deep changes in the way we build.
